If you have lost an item, please contact us via email at info@elementsnightclub.ca or on Instagram (@elementskitchener). One of our staff members will get back to you as soon as possible.

Yes, our location is wheelchair accessible. However the accessibility washroom is located in a secured area, for access to the washroom please speak with our bartenders or security.

Yes! Coat Check is open during the colder months and is located just behind our admissions booth.
All big bags or backpacks will be checked by security and will need to be put into coat check as well.
If you forget your coat/item, we will hold it for 6 months. After 6 months, we donate unclaimed items to local charities/shelters. In the chance that you forget your coat, please contact us via email, as we are not always open.
Please Note: If you lose or misplace your coat check stub, you will have to come back at the end of the night to collect your items, as we want to make sure the item gets back to its proper owner.

Elements is primarily a standing-room-only venue.
We do have a limited number of booths available on a first-come, first-served basis, though some may be reserved for bottle service during certain events. Please note that bottle service cannot be requested. It is only offered when arranged by the event renter.
If you require seating, please email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

The age restriction for any show or event is determined by the promoter/event organizer. For shows where you are unsure of the age requirement, please visit the event page.
Shows that are 19+, we abide strictly by the AGCO (Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario)
Acceptable forms of primary ID include the following;
Valid driver’s license
Ontario ID card
Out-of-province photo driver’s license
Canadian citizenship or a permanent residency card
Ontario Health Card
Passport
Please note: Our security has the right to request a second piece of ID or deny entry
I lost my ID. Can I use my temporary paper ID to get in?
No, your temporary ID does not act as a photo ID. You can use a passport, status card, or any other photo ID card that is government-issued.
Concerts & Events

Timelines for shows can vary depending on the artist. Please refer to the concert event page for the time your show starts.
Note: For shows with multiple artists, we, as the venue, do not receive set times until the doors open, so no set times will be released to customers.

We, as Elements, are only the venue where the concert/event is being held. We will always do our best to answer any questions that you may have regarding the show, however any questions regarding issues with tickets, please direct them to the support pages of the place you purchased your tickets from.

Nope! All tickets are provided online through Ticketweb (or the preferred ticketing system of the artist) You may print off the tickets that you purchased if you choose to do so.
Note: Some artists will have physical tickets available for purchase, but it depends on artists management.
Parking
Elements does not have its own parking lot. Street parking may be available along King St., and paid parking lots are listed below;
Lot 9 on Halls Lane off of Charles St.
Duke St. parking garage
